General Dynamics Electric Boat (GDEB), the premiere builder of submarines for the U.S. Navy, employs shipyard trades, designers, engineers and related specialist disciplines that produce nuclear-powered submarines. To support their continued complex operations, GDEB called for the construction of a new four-story facility at their Groton campus.

The facility also supports additional functional groups including the primary communication room for Groton, NRRO/RPCO, NNPP and nuclear testing.
