Renovation of 1 Park Place building for Bose Automotive Systems Division (ASD) at Bose’s Framingham headquarters. Scope included selective demolition, all new M/E/Ps, new fire service and finishes. The leovegas 50 free spinsCritical listening room has an elevated slab, extensive drywall/insulation details, custom fabric panels, M/E/Ps and finishes. Phase 2 fit-out included new M/E/Ps, fire service, insulated sound bays, leovegas casinoand finishes. The exterior envelope scope included preparing, repairing and painting the metal panel siding along the exterior of the building.
