For 24 years, the Mirbeau has successfully developed and managed European inspired boutique hotels, spas and resorts in the Northeast. The project is seeking tax credits based on sustainable initiatives and project requirements, which mandates that 40% of the project materials be domestically sourced. Additionally, the project will involve the installation of 56 geothermal wells. The resort will also feature monet-inspired gardens with waterfalls and ponds on the estate.
