Vertex constructed a cGMP warehouse and cold storage facility within an existing shell space in the Boston’s Seaport district to support the operations of their Cell and Gene Therapy (VCGT) facility.
The project consists of a cGMP ambient temperature and humidity controlled warehouse, 3,900 sq. ft. leovegas sport review-23 degree C freezer room, 2,800 sq. ft. 4 degree C cold room, office space, MEP infrastructure, and structural upgrades to support the new areas of the existing building.
