Named Best Place to Work for 8th Year in a Row"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>MILFORD, MA\u00a0 \u2013 <\/b>Consigli Construction Co., Inc. of Milford (Consigli) was named as one of the \u201cBest Places to Work\u201d in Massachusetts for the eighth consecutive year by an employee survey hosted annually by the <i>Boston Business Journal<\/i>.\u00a0 The honor recognizes Consigli\u2019s achievements in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains employees through a combination of employee satisfaction, working conditions and company culture. This year\u2019s ranking of #7 outpaces Consigli\u2019s 2012 position as the 11<sup>th<\/sup> \u201cBest Place to Work\u201d in the mid-sized company category (101-500 employees).<\/p>\n<p>Matthew Consigli, Vice President of Consigli, commented, \u201cAchieving a higher ranking on the <i>BBJ \u2018Best Places to Work,\u2019 <\/i>reflects the hard work and unwavering commitment of our entire team. Receiving this recognition yet again only strengthens our resolve to reinvest in our employees, and to continue providing the best environment for both team achievement and personal growth.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Consigli was one of more than 400 companies considered for the award, which was based on a two-stage nomination process and the results of an employee survey conducted by independent research firm, Quantum Workplace of Omaha, Nebraska.
