HARTFORD, CT \u2013 <\/strong>Consigli Construction Co., Inc. has been ranked in the top \u201cBest Places to Work in Connecticut\u201d for the third year in a row, according to a survey sponsored by the Hartford Business Journal<\/em>. The honor recognizes Consigli\u2019s achievements in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains employees through a combination of employee satisfaction, working conditions and company culture. Consigli was ranked at #3 in the large-firm category and was one of 35 companies recognized for going well beyond the bottom line to create unique work environments that are welcoming to their employees and families.<\/p>\n \u201cBeing recognized as a Best Place to Work by our employees is an incredible honor and shows that we care not only about the work, but also about our great team of people who all enjoy making a positive impact in our communities through the building industry,\u201d said Mike Walker, Area Manager for Consigli\u2019s Connecticut operations.<\/p>\n Employees from public or privately-held companies across the state completed a two-part independent survey administered by Best Companies Group addressing such factors as company policies, practices, philosophy, systems, demographics and employee experience. This comprehensive assessment allowed workplace experts to perform an in-depth analysis of each company\u2019s strengths and weaknesses and ultimately determine which companies deserved to make the list.\u00a0\u00a0 Seventeen large companies and 18 small to mid-sized companies were selected.<\/p>\n
